Support Appointment Scheduling
The “Support Appointment Scheduling” section will let your team schedule a time to work with an ALICE Support specialist for various needs, including troubleshooting, training, software upgrades, and more.
After selecting the appointment type that best fits your needs, a calendar will appear. Estimated call times are set based on the type of meeting chosen, but an ALICE Support member may contact you to adjust the meeting length if less or more time is anticipated.
