First Time Check-In
First Time Check-in options allows visitors to check-in without an appointment or a Registered Visitor A visitor registered as a long-term visitor at an organization. Depending on the system configuration, these users can self-register and / or be registered by an ALICE Portal user within your organization. code. Disabling this option will require the visitor to scan their ID, enter their Registered Visitor code, or sign in using an appointment code.

Check-In With Keyboard – When set to "ON," the visitor can type in their information during check-in. Turning this feature off if ID Scanning is enabled for identity verification purposes is recommended.

Check-In with ID Scan – When set to "ON," the visitor can scan their ID during check-in. To enable this feature, an ID scanner hardware and service are required. Contact your ALICE representative for more details.
Fast Track Check-in
The Fast Track Check-in option lets Registered Visitors and scheduled visitors quickly check in without having to re-enter their information or scan their ID.
- Check-In with QR code – Toggles the ability for a Registered Visitor to scan their QR code to check in.

Check-in with code – Toggles the ability for the visitor to type in their Registered Visitor code to check in.
Check Out
When enabled, visitors can check-out using one of the below methods.

Check-Out with QR code – When set to "ON," the visitor can check-out by scanning their Registered Visitor QR code.

Check-Out with code – When set to "ON," the visitor can check-out by typing their Registered Visitor code.

Check-Out with guest name – When set to "ON," the visitor can check-out by searching for their name.
Calendar Event Check-In
When set to "ON," the visitor can check-in to an event using the Event Calendar feature. The Event Calendar must be enabled to utilize this option. View the ARD's Configuration Events Section for more details.
